Autism Behavioral Learning Enrichment Centre Limited provides professional Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy and related development services to children. Our services include:

  • Parent guidance and training.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any service with prior notice in accordance with Hong Kong law.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Our services are primarily designed for children and their legal guardians. By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal guardian of the child receiving the service or have the authority to make decisions for him/her.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information during registration and service.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Treatment sessions or consultations must be booked in advance by email ([email protected]) or phone (+852 6612 4915).

  • Fees: Service fees will be notified at the time of booking. All fees are payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Cancellation: Cancellation requires at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or unannounced no-shows may incur a fee, please refer to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking for details.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Hong Kong Consumer Protection Act, if applicable.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical, behavioral and developmental information about the child to ensure safe and effective treatment.

  • Comply with the Center's policies and guidelines, including but not limited to behavioral and safety requirements during treatment.

  • Pay all fees promptly and keep appointments.

5. Use of the Website

  • Limited Use: You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any behavior that damages the website or interferes with the use of the website by others.

  • Ownership of Content: All content on the website (including text, images and designs) is owned by the Center or its licensors and may not be copied, modified or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are committed to providing high-quality professional services, but do not guarantee specific treatment results.

  • To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Center is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

  • You agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by your breach of these terms or provision of inaccurate information.

Termination of Service does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for services already provided.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, both parties agree to submit it to the Hong Kong courts.
